Frequently Asked Questions
What is Tushop?
Tushop lets you shop wholesale and have it delivered. Great for businesses and households, just fill one basket from Nairobi's wholesalers, fresh markets and local brands (including Sam West, Marikiti, Kapa and Linda's Nut Butters), pay once, and enjoy the convenience of delivery.
Which stores can I shop from?
You see every store that delivers to your area. Set your neighbourhood and the Stores page shows who can reach you, grouped into wholesale, fresh produce, bakery, baby and other categories.
How does delivery work when I buy from more than one store?
Each store packs and sends its own items, so a mixed basket can arrive as more than one delivery. At checkout you pick a delivery option for each store and see every fee before you pay.
How much is delivery, and what is Saver Day?
Fees depend on the store and how fast you want your order. Choose Saver Day at checkout for lowest-priced doorstep delivery from partners like Sam West and Marikiti.
How fast will my order arrive?
Most stores can offer same day or next day delivery - many even have 90-min delivery options. And in most cases, you can select which day to receive your items. Each store's delivery time is shown on its page and at checkout.
Are wholesale prices really cheaper?
Many products are sold by the carton or bale at wholesale prices, the same as buying at the store. Very often, buying on Tushop means buying at the same price as in-store.
How do I pay?
You pay once for the whole basket, even when it comes from several stores. Mpesa is currently the payment option.
